Können wir generell bei allen Emails aus dem System im CC order@tobien-trading.com hinterlegen? Es muss für den Empfänger sichtbar sein, dass order@ im CC ist.

Des weiteren Email analgo Sales Invocie bei folgenden Doy Typs einfügen

  • Quotation Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the quotation.

  • Sales Order Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the order confirmation.

  • Delivery Note Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the delivery note.

  • Material Request Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the material request from us. We kindly ask for your quotation.

  • Purchase Order Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the material purchase order us.

  • Purchase Receipt Text: Hallo Anbei unser WE-Formular.

  • Batch Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the CoA from us.

  • Tecnical Data Sheet Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please find attached the TDS from us.

  • Transport Order Text: Dear Sir or Madam Please offer us the transport according the enclosed request.
