Editor component: qleditor removes html content - replace with Summernote

The Summernote project (https://summernote.org/) has a much stronger HTML-WYSIWYG-Editor, this would strongly improve the UI and enable e.g. hte mail form to send templates with different font sizes. It also includes a code-view switch (as the previous editor did).
