FR: new field egg_map

On each Release Protocol, add an egg_match field (link to Egg Protocol).

On Submit: if the nest is clear, map to the suitable egg protocol.

  • create a report with the mapped hatching rate
  • based on this data, the print format can be more easily adapted with hatching information
  • create a control report to allow to match unmatch hatching protocols
