FR: Beach Cleaning Engagment Index

On the Daily Recap: if there are beach cleaning protocols:

• number of particpipants in the turtle programme
• number of beach cleaning protocols
• percentage of the latter
• display in the daily recap

Internal Note: store list of participants full names, list of names from beach cleaning protocol. Technically, this allows to pinpoint non-cleaners.
