Sync not synching orders or customers

The sync tool is not giving any errors but it is not synching any customers or Orders. It did an initial sync for Customers correctly but after the initial sync no new customers or orders are added to ERPNext.

What can I check?

I tried resetting date stamp to day before date and it still does not import new customer or order
