Tax Account child table, in Woocommerce Config settings, is only allowing "Default Company Currency" accounts

Our company default currency is THB (Thai Baht) but the woocommerce store only sells in $USD. I can set every other account related to the config settings to a USD account, except the Tax / Shipping Accounts. I'm not sure where this restriction is coming from but I was able to select from a USD-based account when I tested the Muzzy fork. However, I would like to continue the main branch and hope that I can resolve this here. Cheers
